Hi, I'm Mandy Fischer, NASM certified personal trainer since 2009, New York native and Rome resident. For years I've practiced an interdisciplinary approach to bodyweight functional fitness - training strength, endurance, stability, mobility, and flexibility via mixed modalities, using real-life movements to have you feeling benefits through all your daily demands.

Fitness cares for the body's form, function, and resiliency, and cares for and trains the mind as much. It's a means of looking inward to see how we're doing, and to provide what serves best. It can change the life you live for the better, and support you every step of the way.

I've lived multiple lives with multiple passions across various countries, and fitness has been my constant through it all.
From starting as a fat kid to developing love for rugby, city cycling, travel, roller derby, and so much more between and beyond, it's been a ride with enough "wear and tear” to prioritize fitness which can shift with life's changes and is aimed towards personal best, but can roll with punches, recover from injuries, alleviate aches and pains, and stay enjoyable throughout.

I believe fitness is one of the best life support tools there is, and I love to share the love.
